Chuck White, Vice President of Regulatory Affairs for the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors National Association (PHCC), has represented the association members and their interests related to actions of Federal Agencies for fourteen years. Chuck grew up in a family plumbing and HVAC business, attended and graduated from Purdue University, and eventually owned and operated a service and repair p-h-c business with his son. His over 30 years’ experience with plumbing and HVAC consumers brings practical perspective to his PHCC responsibilities.
